HƯỚNG DẪN NHÂN VIÊN THỰC TẬP LÀM BÁO CÁO TÀI CHÍNH NĂM 2020

Nhân viên thực tập làm báo cáo tài chính (BCTC) sau khi nhân viên chính thức đã chốt xong số liệu của phần mềm kế toán.
Các thông tin, tài liệu cần để làm BCTC gồm có:

1- Bảng cân đối phát sinh tài khoản (BCĐPSTK)

2- Chữ T tài khoản 111,112,911, và các tài khoản khác.

3- Đăng ký kinh doanh của Công ty.

Các bước làm báo cáo tài chính cuối năm (BCTC):

1. Khai báo thông tin của công ty trên PM HTKK:

Mã số thuế, tên, địa chỉ, người ký tờ khai là người đại diện pháp luật của công ty, ngày bắt đầu năm tài chính; Cơ quan quản lý thuế cấp cục (Nơi tỉnh, thành phố đặt trụ sở chính), chi cục (Quận/huyện nơi đặt trụ sở). Tra cứu thông tin DN trên trang gdt.gov.vn để biết cục thuế/chi cục thuế quản lý là đơn vị nào. Một số DN do cục thuế quản lý chứ không phải chi cục.

2. Chọn loại BCTC mà DN làm:

Xem năm trước BCTC làm theo TT 133 hay TT200 để năm nay làm tiếp. Khi chọn BCTC, thì mẫu biểu BC lưu chuyển tiền tệ (BC LCTT) chọn phương pháp trực tiếp, không chọn pp gián tiếp.

3. Trên bảng cân đối kế toán (BCĐKT) của BCTC 2019:

Copy cột số cuối năm vào cột số đầu năm trên BCĐKT năm 2020 trên HTKK. Trên Báo cáo Kết quả kinh doanh (BC KQKD) năm 2019, copy cột số liệu năm nay vào cột số liệu năm trước trên BCKQKD năm 2020 trên HTKK. Trên BC LCTT 2019, copy cột số liệu năm nay vào cột số liệu năm trước trên BC LCTT 2020 trên HTKK.

4. BCTC làm theo thông tư 133:

Cần copy số liệu BCĐPSTK năm 2020 ở trên phần mềm kế toán vào sheet BCĐTK trên HTKK. Lưu ý việc copy đúng tài khoản, đúng chỉ tiêu.

5. Copy số liệu từ BCĐPSTK năm 2020:

Cột dư nợ/có cuối kỳ vào chỉ tiêu Số cuối năm trên BCĐKT 2020 trên HTKK, tài khoản nào cho vào chỉ tiêu đó. Lưu ý chỉ tiêu tiền và tương đương tiền là tổng của TK 111+112+ 1281 – các khoản tiền gửi có kỳ hạn dưới 3 tháng; phải thu khác – là tổng dư nợ TK 138, 338, 141, 136, 336 , 244. tài sản khác- MS182 trên HTKK là tổng số dư Nợ của các tài khoản 242, 333; Phải trả khác là tổng số dư Bên có của các TK 138,335,3368, 338.

6. Từ Chữ T tài khoản 911:

Copy số liệu PS Có của các TK 511, 515, 711 vào các chỉ tiêu tương ứng trên BCKQKD. Lưu ý Công ty nào có khoản giảm trừ doanh thu thì chỉ tiêu lấy ps nợ 511 đối ứng tk 521 để điền vào chỉ tiêu giảm trừ doanh thu và khi đó, doanh thu bán hàng và cung cấp dịch vụ phải lấy toàn bộ phát sinh bên Có tk 511, mà không phải là TK 511 đối ứng 911. Từ Chữ T TK 911, copy số liệu PS Nợ của các TK 632, 642, 635, 811, 821 vào các chỉ tiêu tương ứng trên BCKQKD.

7. Từ Chữ T tài khoản 111,112 dùng để lập BC LCTT phương pháp trực tiếp.

Làm BCLCTT trên excel – file TM BCTC 2020 sheet đầu tiên, làm xong thì chuyển dữ liệu 2 cột số năm2020 và năm 2019 sang định dạng text để copy lên HTKK.
– Thu từ bán hàng CC Dịch vụ: PS nợ 111+112 đối ứng với tk 131.(trừ phần thu từ thanh lý TSCĐ, CCDC)
– Chi trả cho người cc hh dv: PS Có tk 111, 112 đối ứng tk 331, 641, 642, + PS nợ tk 331 đối ứng tài khoản 141, 341. (không tính phần 331 của các mã KH mua TSCĐ, CCDC)
– Chi trả cho NLĐ: PS nợ tk 334 đối ứng tk 111,112, 141,341.
– Tiền lãi vay đã trả: PS Nợ tk 635 đối ứng TK 111,112+ PS Có tk 3388 đối ứng tk 111,112 (nếu là lãi vay từ năm trước chưa trả treo trên 3388 năm sau mới trả).
– Thuế TNDN đã nộp: TK 3334 đối ứng 111,112.
– Thu khác từ hoạt động kinh doanh: PS nợ tk 111,112 đối ứng tk 711,133,141,244,138,338.
– Chi khác từ hđ kd: PS Có TK 111,112 đối ứng tk 811, 138, 338, 141, 335,344.
– Tiền chi để mua sắm TSCĐ, CCDC: PS Có tk 111,112 đối ứng tk 211,242,214, 331 (mã khách hàng mua các TSCĐ, CCDC)+ PS nợ tk 331 đối ứng 341 (phần mua TSCĐ, CCDC mà qua nguồn tiền vay).
– Thu từ thanh lý, nhượng bán tscđ: PS nợ tk 111,112 đối ứng TK 711 (chỉ tính thu từ thanh lý), 131 (mã khách hàng mà DN bán thanh lý TSCĐ, CCDC) trừ đi PS Có tk 111,112 đối ứng với tk 811 (phần chi từ thanh lý).
– Chi cho vay đầu tư góp vốn vào đơn vị khác: PS có tk 111,112 đối ứng 128 (tiền gửi có kỳ hạn trên 3 tháng); 1388 (mã đối tượng ứng với phần phải thu gốc cho vay), 221,22,228.
– Thu hồi khoản cho vay, đầu tư góp vốn: PS Nợ TK 111, 112 đối ứng tk 128,221,222,228.
– Thu lãi cho vay cổ tức LN Được chia: PS nợ tk 111,112 đối ứng tk 515, 1388 (phải thu của lãi vay đã hạch toán nay thu được bẳng tiền+ khoản lợi nhuận được chia)
– Tiền thu từ phát hành cổ phiếu nhận vốn góp CSH: Nợ Tk 111,112 đối ứng tk 1388 (ứng với mã khách phải thu góp vốn), 411.
– Trả lại vốn góp, mua lại CP DN đã phát hành: Có tk 111,112 đối ứng tk 3388, 411.
– Tiền thu từ đi vay: Nợ tk 111,112 đối ứng tk 341,3388 + PS Nợ tk 331 đối ứng 341.
– Chi trả nợ gốc vay nợ thuê tc: PS có tk 111,112 đối ứng tk
– Chỉ tiêu tiền và tg đg tiền đầu kỳ, cuối kỳ sẽ bằng tổng Dư đầu, cuối tk 111+112.

Trên đây là cách thức thực hiện làm báo cáo tài chính cuối năm 2020 dành cho thực tập sinh tại công ty dịch vụ kế toán 247.
